EPS Laminating & Embossing

 

Our extensive polystyrene fabrication services include laminating and/or embossing of metalized film, non-woven foil coatings, and pressurized films to expanded polystyrene sheets to create an almost infinite variety of textures, colors and finishes on the finished surface or product.

 

The lamination, embossing and routing capabilities provided by Forte EPS Solutions at our dedicated factory facilities in Ontario & Alberta, can accommodate almost every application in the production of polystyrene insulated surfaces, such as entry doors, garage doors, insulating decorative panels, signage production, foil backed above membrane high density insulation for green roof construction.
